d@rt Vehicle Maintenance Policy for TSPs and Individual Drivers

TSP and individual driver contract clauses deal with roadworthiness and maintenance of vehicles (clause 4.2 of the TSP and Individual Driver contracts). The clauses require the vehicles to be inspected annually by a licensed vehicle tester and a RWC provided to d@rt within 5 business days of being obtained.

As d@rt will have information about each vehicle’s roadworthiness and timing of inspections, d@rt will print off an exception report each month which will identify vehicles that are scheduled to be inspected during the following month, and notify TSP and/or individual drivers, reminding them of their inspection and RWC obligations as per their contract.

A TSP or individual driver will comply with any requests by d@rt for information or documents to demonstrate that they are complying with their vehicle maintenance obligations under the relevant agreements or this policy.

d@rt reserves all its rights under its agreement with a TSP or individual driver to cancel their access to the d@rt Services or terminate the relevant agreements.
